From the end of August to early September 2013, six people, including Zhang Yong, Chairman of Tidfore Heavy Equipment Group, visited India. During this period, they signed the framework agreement for Tamil Nadu 2X300MW power plant construction, 11MW solar power plant construction the establishment of joint venture and other projects with ENERGO, an Indian general contractor of electricity. Since its establishment, Tidfore marched to the South Asian market for the first time. It was a fruitful visit, which laid a good foundation for expanding overseas market of our company.
ENERGO attached great importance to the delegation visit of Zhang Yong, Chairman of Tidfore Heavy Equipment Group. During the visit, ENERGO gave a high-level reception.
At the beginning of the negotiation, the both parties further described and studied the current development of international bulk material market and their advantage in the industry, and determined the cooperation field and direction of both parties in India, China, Australia and South Africa market in future.
After that, the both parties entered the stage of substantive project cooperation negotiation. On the evening of September 3rd, the both parties signed the framework agreement for Tamil Nadu 2X300MW power plant construction, 11MW solar power plant construction, the establishment of joint venture in China and other projects, and held a grand signing ceremony in HILTON Hotel in New Delhi.
