On August 16th, 2013, Tidfore International Engineering Co., Ltd. and Golden Coast Group Port Co., Ltd. signed the general contracting framework agreement for a series of wharfs in Changsha. The contract amount is more than RMB1 billion.
In June this year, our company successfully signed the general contracting contract for the wharf of Ruao Port with Ruao Port Group Co., Ltd., the subsidiary of Golden Coast Group. The contract amount reached RMB325 million. After signing the contract, Golden Coast Group highly recognized Tidfore’s hardware equipments and service mode. The both parties decided to cooperate again for Xinminzhou Wharf, Rugao Port Coal Coal Washing Plant, Suqian Port Wharf and other projects invested by Golden Coast Group. The contract amount is more than one billion Yuan.
According to the agreement, Tidfore International Engineering Co., Ltd. will provide general contracting service for the project and it will be solely responsible for the equipment manufacturing, purchasing, installation and commissioning. The company will further expand cooperation scope and cooperate with financial institutions to provide Golden Coast with the integrated financing solutions.
As planned, the project will officially start this October, when the equipment manufacturing and purchasing will also start.
