Following May's international #BeltAndRoad forum, Tidfore attended #Hunan Province's summit on policy implementation
In the wake of last month’s international Belt and Road forum, Hunan Province organised a summit from June 21-22 in Beijing, to discuss implementation of the policies put forward during the forum.
Both private and state-owned enterprises from across the province attended, as well as ambassadors to China and representatives of central organisations from several countries within the Belt and Road zone, including Ethiopia, Cambodia, Belarus and Romania.
Hunan Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary, Governor Xu Dazhe, and State Council SASAC Party Secretary Hao Peng addressed the summit, encouraging innovative enterprises from the province to capitalise on the cooperative opportunities afforded by Belt and Road initiatives.
Tidfore Group had been invited to attend, and group Chairman Zhang Yong signed a cooperation agreement with CLP Construction Group Co., Ltd. to support a hydropower project in Liberia. Zhang Yong spoke of Tidfore’s strong record of engaging in overseas projects, providing innovative products and systems in order to achieve mutually beneficial results for the group and overseas partnerships alike.
