On July 11 at Jiuhua Industrial Park, a cooperation agreement was signed between Tidfore Group, PT Cheongsu Power Indonesia, and Korea Western Power Co, Ltd.

 

Tidfore Group Chairman Zhang Yong was joined by Jung Ha-Hwang, President & CEO of Korea Western Power, and Jackam Kim, Chairman of Cheongsu Power Indonesia, to sign the agreement at a formal ceremony.

 

The Indonesia Power Project Strategic Cooperation Agreement formalizes a plan to develop Indonesia’s electricity market, and its industrial park construction market. The three-way arrangement will call on Korean Western Power’s technical mastery in delivering power projects, and on Tidfore Group’s expertise in providing a full service in the field of industrial park construction, from initial project planning all the way through to final operation. The partnership agreement has been drawn up with a view to strengthening Indonesia’s local infrastructure and integrating resources.

 

This agreement follows an MoU signed earlier this year by both Tidfore Group and Korea Western Power, along with Indonesia’s Wika Jabar Power, to invest in Indonesia’s Palu Special Economic Zone.
